Question by Grimm: How to avoid body pains, the day after havin' sex?

The day after my GF and I have sex, we tend to get body pains or like in the abdomen area, hips..how can we avoid that?

Try a lower-effort position. Sounds like you have sore abdominals and obliques which would mean those muscles are getting strained during the act.
