Question by Daniel Z: How come after sex my legs were wobbly?

I had been out of the sex game for about 9 months and then got back into it and when i did after the first time i could barely stand like my legs felt like jello. Why did this happen and is it normal? Oh and is it true sex is a great form of exercise?

It's probably because you were working muscles you've haven't used in a long time, and after sex you feel weak and wobbly anyway. Just lay in bed for awhile next time. Also, sex can be exercise if you make it that way. Like, if you're not just laying there then you're definitely burning calories.
