Is it illegal to have sex under the age of 18 in canada and the u.s?

I know its illegal to have sex with someone under 18 when your over 18 but is it illegal for 2 people under 18 to have sex?

Each state and Canada have their own ages of consent. A person under the age of consent can not legally consent so any sex they have is considered rape.
